1      Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) 

1.1    What will my money be used for?

Essentially, for now, Marketing Collateral, and collating more information.

We just want to share cool ideas with you, in engaging ways, and see what we like the most!

This is big.

This challenges fundamentals of our structures and our Natures.

We will not act without consent.

For now, the main thing we want is endorsement to initiate this organisation, based on the principles listed here.

If you are interested in exploring this idea more, then subscribe or donate, so that we can present information, scenarios, use cases - stories - in engaging ways, for us to consider, together.

Next, we would seek your Endorsement to "Establish" an Organisation, with Governance structures, and clearly defined Terms of Reference - for example, registering as a charity.

In the future, we would seek Endorsements to "Represent" you with issues that affect One and All the most. Who specifically would represent you? Legends do - how we identify and agree on Legends is up to us.

So, our Endorsement Journey might look something like this:

1. Initiate (Now) > 2. Establish (Next) > 3. Represent (Future)

Be an early supporter - we know you've cared about many people a lot, so why not care about everyone, just a little? Here’s an opportunity too...

1.2    What are you doing?

Good question!

And frankly, we haven't figured that all out yet...

We will present information through the lens of you, me, and Us All, independent of existing structures – instead with Life and the Human Experience at our core.

We will spread messages that are most engaging and unifying – through Land, Water, and Air – with you, me, and Us All.

In return for these messages, the main approach is:

1. Listen and Speak at Events

2. Produce Content (Emails, the Website, stories, art, merchandise, news)

What we know, is that we’ve existed since before time began.

And we know, we’ll continue throughout Space forever more.

Nothing is destroyed, it simply changes form.

And we, as conscious beings, can meld our individual forms into the best they can be.

And we, as conscious collectives, can meld our shared forms into the best they can be.

And we, as Life, can meld our Lives into the best it can be.

And we, as All that is With Life, can meld our Existence into the best it can be.

We exist with principles.

Catch phrases we share include:

·       “We are more the same than different”

·       “More connects than divides”

·       “We are stronger together”

·       “The better everyone is, the better we All are”

·       “There is no them, there is only Us All”

·       “If you're willing to do something for anyone, why not do something for everyone?”

Unified Ascent is exploring these principles, with you in mind, in heart, in Soul and with Spirit.

What do we want most, together, With Life?

1.3    What are you not doing? 

We are not acting for religion.

We are not acting for politics.

We are not acting for business. 

We are not seeking money, fame, or power.

We are acting for you!

1.4    Isn’t this what the United Nations does? 

The UN acts for Uniting "Nations".

Unified Ascent (UA) are not acting for politics, and so, we do certainly seek to represent the idea of "nations" – as they are important to People.

However, we are most interested in All Human Experience of each one person, as part of our "One" human collective.

We seek to represent Organisation of our Human Race.

We are also interested in the balance between Life and All that is With Life.

We seek to represent Single Spirit, and All that is shared between us.

1.5    Are you a cult?

We are not acting for religion.

We are not acting for politics.

We are not acting for business.

We are not seeking money, fame, or power.

I'm not sure what your definition of cult is, so maybe we are..?

We are still acting for you.

1.6    This is crazy - what gives you the right?

Yes, this is technically crazy by most modern definitions of sanity.

However, there are many Good kinds of crazy, that become normal.

If not this, then what?

If not now, then when?

If we're having the conversation about how we're better together, then we're on the path to finding more win-win situations for you, for me, and for Us All.

I have as much right as you – together, we have All right.

1.7    How is this Organisation structured? Is Unified Ascent a scam?

Currently, Unified Ascent is a trading name that is part of Nobodies People Pty Ltd (nbp), registered in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

ABN: 68 158 826 950

nbp is soley owned and operated as a proprietary limited business by Kyle Grace.

While the purpose of Unified Ascent meets many criteria of a charity, it is not currently registered as such.

To register as a Charity through the "Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission" (ACNC), in the first instance, an organisation must have a governing document (e.g., a constitution, rules, or trust deed) that outlines the charity's purpose, activities, and how it will be run.

Unified Ascent does not have this.

Unified Ascent presents many unique challenges from legal perspectives that would require time to explore in detail.

We're not even sure if you want to initiate something like this..?

So, for now, the main thing we're asking for is your endorsement to initiate a Unified Ascent, to get things like this right for One and All.

If you feel like donating any money, well that would be greatly appreciated, but you are technically trusting Kyle Grace will honour you intention with respect.
